Which phones do Miarobi cases fit?
Every iPhone from iPhone 7 through iPhone 17 Pro Max, and Samsung Galaxy S20 through S24 Ultra (including Plus and Ultra variants). Each case is moulded for the exact model you select in the dropdown, with precise cutouts for the camera array, buttons and ports.
How do I find the right size for my phone?
Check the model name on the back of your phone or in Settings → General → About (iPhone) / Settings → About phone (Samsung). Then pick that exact model in the Model dropdown on the product page. Unsure? Email support@miarobi.com with your device and we'll confirm.
Do your cases work with wireless charging?
Yes. Our cases are around 2 mm thick — well within the range standard Qi wireless chargers support. You don't need to remove the case to charge.
Are your cases MagSafe-compatible?
Most of our standard cases do not have built-in MagSafe magnets but work fine on Qi pads. Look for products explicitly labelled "MagSafe" — those snap to MagSafe chargers, wallets and powerbanks.
Will the print fade, peel or scratch off?
No. The design is UV-cured directly into the case (not a sticker or vinyl wrap), so keys, coins and pocket lint don't lift it. The print is guaranteed against fading under normal use for up to 9 months.
How much drop protection do they offer?
A hard polycarbonate shell with a flexible TPU bumper at the corners, plus raised lips around the screen and camera so face-down drops don't reach the glass. Tested for everyday drops from pocket and desk height.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our EU warehouse within 48 hours. Standard delivery is 7–15 business days worldwide. Free shipping on US orders over $70. Tracking is included on every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs and import fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility and depend on your country's rules.
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email support@miarobi.com to start a return. EU customers also have the 14-day cooling-off right under EU consumer law.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Lost the email? Send your order number to support@miarobi.com and we'll resend it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every Miarobi case comes with up to a 9-month print warranty. UV-cured inks are guaranteed against fading under normal use. Defects? Email support@miarobi.com with a photo and your order number.
How do I clean my case?
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth and a little water or mild soap. Avoid alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners — they can dull the print finish over time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders fast. Email support@miarobi.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel before it ships. After that, you can use the 14-day return window.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Miarobi gift cards are available from $10 to $200, delivered by email and redeemable across the entire catalog.
